Saw a clip where he is talking about Lampard and how others in the squad were saying he’s only getting a chance cos his dad's this and his uncles that but not rio, oh no, rio could see from the very beginning, the VERY beginning that he was a special player.

Shame this ability to identify such promising players never translated into a coaching or manager job for him though.
