Mental illness and depression

I've lost some very close friends to suicide, far too many really and all male, and a close friend has just been talked down from jumping off a bridge.. I was messaging him on Friday on my way back from holiday whilst he was on the bridge but I've only been told this today - sounded like he was in the pub and yet 30 mins later... His lockdown Facebook video posts with his kids have motivated so many locals

I just feel... f*** knows.
