And who then arrested on charges of aggravated assault & battery where he allegedly pointed a gun at his girlfriend, in 2013?

 

And then accused by his ex of threatening her with a gun?

 

Well he's now been arrested for domestic, aggravated assault with a weapon (not a firearm) and has had to hand over all of his weapons as a result.
