Where and when?

I mean where?

town

suggestions welcome

eg, the Shangrila on Victoria St has a private room which would be ideal

we get a big f***ing banquet....then we order another one

and then we slide in to the night

I see Torres has been sent off popcorn.gif@ I don't give a f*** hash or something

Problem with thatis it's the wrong end of town. If you want to eat Chinese first I say Yuet Ben, then you've got Berry St, Grapes etc. plus Terry will look after us.

Indeed. Happens all the time now he's dead famous

I can't do this date. Shame

how about the 21st? it's my works do but we start early so can meet up later

probably better for me to consolidate my huge nights out if possible (and obviously would be crap if you weren't there - in fact, have a promotion: you're now in charge of DEC 21st's YNWA night out)

Them announcing it.

Last year it was the last Friday before Christmas I think.

ok, 14th it is

with regard to a pre-match meal: Mike is correct about the Yuet Ben, which is probably the best Chinee in town and on the right side of town

I just really fancied private dining and a lazy susan

if we went to the Shangrila we could go to the Cumberland Hotel after.....arguably Liverpool's finest gay/gay friendly venue for a few scoops and then get a few cabs over to the other side

at that time of year, people (restaurateurs) need certainty so could do with everyone deciding what they want to do soonish so we can book

to summarise:

a pre-match meal adds a civilised element and people can have 'normal' conversations before it goes too mental

if that principle is approved, Yuet Ben is defo better food and value and in the right side of town but private dining is more fun if there are at least 10 of us, plus the Cumberland Hotel is ace and cabs are easy to find around there

that's it - youz decide....or suggest something else all together

btw if people want to stay over I might be able to arrange a crash pad for free although I can't be certain just yet
