People who park on the pavement

Wtf is wrong with these people, how obnoxious, ignorant and lazy do you have to be to not give a **** about anyone else. I have just got home from work and some **** has parked their car on the narrowest bit of footpath , so there is no way past except to go onto the road. Its a main road with buses etc, would it be right to damage the car? **$$$$$$***$$$$$$$$$*****$
