Question regarding getting tickets re printed

I booked two tickets for the Valencia game online and just realised that the address registered is my old address.... So the tickets have been sent there.... The people who live at my old address have gone away for a couple of weeks so I can't get to them....

 

I have tried to find a contact number for me to ring up the ticket office to see what they can do but its all online 'chat' questioning on the website which is always down.

 

Anyone know if I will be able to get them reprinted and pick up from the ticket office? Or does anyone know a contact number which doesn't put me through to ticket purchasing so I don't have to queue up to speak to someone about it?

if you bring ID and the card you paid with to the ticket office, they will be able to print of a duplicate

call the ticket office the day before the game, tell them the tickets never arrived

 

they'll have a copy waiting for you at the stadium, as wayne said you'll need your id and the method of payment with you

They're arsey about it though - its happened twice to me that its not been sent/ive lost it... one tried to lecture me once.
