Wogan's last day

I remember on here a while back we had a thread about what radio presenters people listened to,and a fair few came up Wogan.

Which,to be honest,surprised me a wee bit,I assumed he'd be some sort of figure of hatred on here.

 

Anyway,that's by the by, it's his last show tomorrow and I,for one,am really going to miss him.

Terrific sense of innuendo and humour. Him and his colleagues pissing themselves at the Janet and John stories remind me of Brian Johnson on TMS in his prime (not that I was around for them).

 

Never failed to bring a smile to my face which,first thing in the morning,is almost impossible and a great start to the day.

A great shame,but you can't go on forever I suppose.
