Bohemians Champions of Ireland again

The new Coyler is home since about eleven and has only been drinking tea. What a f***ing team. Played wonderful football this evening as well. Won it in style.

Would have been a travesty if that other club had have jammed their way across the line. Shame they're so far behind on goal difference but that's what you get when you can only scratch scabby little wins with filthy luck and generous refereeing that puts last year's Man. Utd. run-in in the ha'penny place, rather than playing ball and dismantling teams. They'll always have that night in Tallaght. Ahahaha.

And I always thought you were a sensible and balanced poster! How a members club can still be putting up with the people in charge in Phibsboro is beyond me. Using the league prize money to scrape under the 65% rule is a gamble too far. I´m pretty sure even the most blinkered of Bohs fans are worried by the resurgence of Rovers this season, on a much smaller budget, despite having a far bigger average gate and merchandise turnover.

Looking forward to next season when you will be without Murphy and more than likely Deegan and a few others.

Congrats on the league though. You were definitely the best team on the pitch throughout the season.

I think Rovers will be spending a bit, or luring a few more players with jobs with their sponsors, if they want to replicate the results of last season. The first-season-in-Tallaght effect alone was worth about fifteen points to you.

I think Deegan (and Powell) is staying at Bohs.

I know we won´t be overspending. We have a lot of average players who are out of contract and some were on about a grand a week. They´ll all be cut a drift in the next few days and the good players we want to keep have all signed new contracts.

Replicating last seasons results shouldn´t be too hard when you look at the state of the other clubs in the league. At this stage I really just want the league to survive and essentially go back to basics. The last few seasons have been shambolic, although that´s not really a surprise when the FAI run the show. If they had come down hard on the original licence offenders then the rest of the clubs would have had to stop trading so recklessly and the league would be in better shape.

I´d be happy to see the likes of Powell and Deegan stay as the league needs quality players to have any chance.
