Google Images filter

Is there anyway to filter Google Images to not allow images from certain sources (e.g., the s*n) to come in?

 

Far too often I've clicked on an image only to realise it takes me to the rag.

 

The only other way is to be more careful I suppose, but is there a way to filter it out?
