Any tips on managing this? Can't play football at the moment with this, it's stiff in the morning and whenever I do any kind of cardio work in the gym. Limited to swimming at the moment, which helps but obviously I want to get back to playing football. I've heard that fitting heel supports to shoes/boots can help, as well as strengthing the calves. I'm waiting on a physio referral but that's now 4 weeks and counting since I visited the GP. Driving me mad not having a kickabout.
