We'd need to have pretty stringent controls. I don't think anyone wants Mick Hucknall to be given the power to kill people.

I'm not advocating anything like a system that permits grinny bully fodder like hucknall to off whoever he wants, such as someone who might have kicked his bo11ocks in one night behind Chorlton 'pon Medlock baths. There'd have to be a common sense approach. Perhaps a system limiting it to just five licensed murdering pop slash rock icons at a time, something nice like that.
