Liverpool pubs for a Saturday afternoon session

Off into Liverpool for the first time in a few years on Sat afternoon with a bunch of mates. Any recommendations for ...

- Cains pubs in the city centre (Brewery Tap is a little far out)

- A place to watch one of the Euro 2008 games

- A decent city centre curry house

- Any new bars in town we should check out (we'll be decently turned out, no idiots, mix of attached and single lads)

 

Anything to check out in Liverpool One as yet??
