Flight Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 Shooting his mouth off while covering the Sunderland match. 'We shouldn't be talking about this protest, they've (Hicks and Gillett) come in and put money into the club, why don't the fans just let them get on with things?'. 'All the fans should just go home; they are making it worse.' Good player for us; total g*******.
johngibo YPC Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 So far removed from the fans he hasn't got a clue
Swipe Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 Football supporters aren't stupid. More than most teams, we treat our ex-players with reverance. But there's a reason why none of us give a s*** about McManaman and don't even see him as one of us anymore. Gary Mac was here for only 2 season and is loved. "Macca" is a t***, and one of those revolting footballers who reckons they're much cleverer than the average one.
Guest Ant Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 To be fair, he was like some of the fans last week by all accounts. He's just un-educated about whats going on like alot of other Liverpool fans. Still a c*** mind.
Rimbeux Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 t***. Entitled to his opinion, but is entitled to be called a t*** for it, especially given the position he is in and his pretensions.
johngibo YPC Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 Not just an opinion though is itHis facts are all wrong
Guz Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 Reckon there are a few fans who would say the same but I got the impression Macca doesn't quite know what they were protesting about and I have to admit at the end they made it look like the fans were there to get rid of Rafa instead of the owners
Paisley Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 His comments tonight about the protest tonight made me angry. You should judge the man by his actions, he was developed by Liverpool who helped him become a professional footballer, then left us for nothing to line his own pockets at Real Madrid. Grade A Tosser.
Rimbeux Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 Not just an opinion though is itHis facts are all wrong Depends what his interpretation of investment is
Mondavi Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 the protest at the end made us look small time - had derby county written all over it. well done to whomever thought it was a good idea, I'm sure it's effect was worthwhile.

I thought it was a great way to do it. Support the team and manager during the game but highlight afterwards, even after a win, that we aren't going to keep quiet and let this lie
Mondavi Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 You're rightWhat we should do is lie down quietly and let whoever wants to shag us up the a*** that would have the same effect as behaving like a bunch of 10 year old's. Hicks would have have had trouble standing up straight if he'd seen tonight's "protest" . really f***in embarrassing

Guest Ant Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 I want these t***s out more than anyone, but behaving like kevin the teenager is just f***in embarassing The only thing thats embaressing is thinking that protests to get the very same thing you want is embaressing. How would you go about it then, and if so why weren't you at the Sandon on Thursday night to tell us that this action would be 'embaressing'?
Mondavi Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 WUM anyone? have you any idea how hard the mancs are laughing at our current behaviour
TheLa Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 have you any idea how hard the mancs are laughing at our current behaviour Who gives a f*** what those c**** think? The same fans that pissed and moaned when the Glazers took over, going as far as forming another club, then they all come crawling back when they started won the league. f*** them and what they may or may not think.
