Right whats the problem here? When I turn on my sisters PC it boots up fine to the login menu. When I click on her login logo it loads up her settings but none of the icons appear or the menu bar. All I get is her background picture. The old trick of ctrl alt delete does feck all an all. I did a system restore to a previous date through safe mode and tried it again and had the same problem.

 

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help apart from Cobs, Big Wayne and Macca as they are all bummers!
