Anyone see it? He seemed pissed off, said our home form and league form isn't good enough and off the Field problems are not helping the players, hinted he knows whats going on but cant say to much.

think its a f*****g cop out myself. We've played like this for 3 years in the league - I reckon our points total must be the same roughly as over past seasons - so blaming form on the ownership struggle is b****x. They get paid thousands every week, get every whim pampered to, and still play schit.

I want the owners out as much as anyone, but thats a different story - the players and Rafa need to take a good hard look at themselves. I made statement after the Boro game that I didn't think Rafa would ever win the Premier league for us - I'm sticking by that. All our problems are of our own doing. Players playing with no cohesion or style is not down to lack of quality (although admittedly when you keep playing Kuyt, Kewell etc. you are not helping yourselves.). All this stuff going on eith the owners has turned into G + H versus Rafa to a degree and we are right to get behind Rafa if it means getting rid of those t***s. But the reality is we are as far away from winning the league as we ever have been under Rafa, and yet again we are already linited to a 4th place scrap early January.

Disagree, the goals we conceded tonight and recently are due to a lack of concentration in defence, not something we have seen a lot of under Rafa.

Do you think they were thinking about whether Hicks will agree a deal with RBS at the time?

Who am I? Derren Brown?

You could be for all I know.

Just think its b******s that what's going on behind the scenes has affected the result tonight. We drew because we shut off for three minutes and were hit with a great goal and an own goal.

Agree partly but this was supposed to be Rafa's season where he had all the players he wanted and bought/sold, players bedded in, 2 players for each position etc. We were doing OK (nothing more, nothing less imo) uptil 6-8 weeks ago, maybe less. But for the last few weeks and couple of months the whole situation is being bogged down by speculation in the press about the owners and the manager. It DOES have an impact and an influence. You only have to look at the manc's form when ferguson announced his retirement to see the possible problems it can cause.

We're in a total mess at the moment though - on and off the pitch - and I can't wait till some positive signs come through. One of them has to give way soon. Either G+H draw a line under everything and DIC disappear/take over the club or Rafa is backed/sacked. We cannot go on for so long with both the performances and powers that be at the club being in such a tangle.

Stability and everyone pulling in the same direction will help everyone achieve their best. Lack of that wont. We've seen enough of Newcastle, Spurs and Villa over the years to know what instability and infighting does. It's not an excuse, but it can't be ignored the impact of a squad not being sure of the future of the boss. The uncertainty is significant, and so are several other things.

The standard of the Liverpool team has dropped in the last 12 months.

Kuyt and Voronin would not get a game for over half of the Premiership clubs.

Benayoun is fast becoming a poor mans Garcia.

Kewell is never going to get any better.

We're all pissed off as well.

Is it much worse than last season?

Sure they would - you overeverstimate the standard of the prem. I will say I cannot recall us regularly having such poor quality starting up front in a long time though.

Looking very good in some matches, awful in others, scores some good goals - he'staken over Garcia's mantle pretty well, I'd say.

Kewell is never going to get any better.

It is looking doubtful.
