They were unbelievable. I'm stunned by some of the comments. The fact that they slag Rafa off for having to make subs but used to cream themselves about Mourinho tactically brillant substitutions. One rule for one, one for another

Luckily over here in the States we don't get to hear Andy Gray too often. What a Fecking w*****. Torres scores and it's an easy header with terrible marking. They score and it's the greatest header he's ever seen. Every challenge on our player was never a foul and yet several of our challenges that were harmless should have been penalised. He wanted a foul on Crouch for the penalty rather than an obvious red card for their defender booked seconds earlier. He said about 5 times at the end how he couldn't believe the scoreline. I'm sure last night he and his butt buddy Tyler waxed lyrically over the Mancs despite their well below par performance.

Dunphy is a c**k when it comes to Liverpool. He thinks Babel, Hyypia, Yossi, Kewell and Voronin aren't top flight players. And maybe they're not. But all the top clubs have players that aren't 'top flight'. Kewell halped change the game when he came on, Yossi was one of the better players all game. Babal has the potential.

 

Giles...I have a lot of time for. He doesn't agree with a lot of what Rafa does, but he still admires him for having the courage to stick by what he believes in and the way he speaks after games. That's how a pundit should be. you can criticise, but at the same time, you need to be able to take a step back and admit that he has qualities.

I love watching them when other teams are playing but I now avoid them for Liverpool games as their negativity would destroy a man's will to live.

Can't stand Dunphy, but i was applauding him last night for his rant on Venables. We don't like him, but he is without doubt one of the most articulate pundits out there.

They're state run, so unless I can convince all of the Irish Liverpool fans to not pay their TV license there's not much we can do. I never watch them anymore though!

your spot on. Hyypia is without doubt a top player. But even Liverpool fans have been slating him recently. Which is uncalled for, because he reads the game as good as anyone out there.

 

For the record i wasn't agreeing with him. He's so bang out of order it's untrue. and his son and grandson are Liverpool fans too. If he was my father I'd disown the c***.

 

His book was quality i thought.
