One the lowest attendances for a CL Final ?

Could this be one of the lowest attendances for a CL final yet ?

 

Reason being, all those tickets getting touted - will all of them get sold ?

 

I can see a few thousand empty seats due to the prices and who has actually got tickets, mainly through the UEFA ballot and those travel companies abroad etc.
