I amazed somebody today

[The Hitman]

In a meeting yesterday with a feller,nice bloke.Anyways,my boss had told me before that we were going to be meeting a Liverpudlian bloke.

In the meeting,I knew he wasn't a scouser,but a wool.Clearly from St Helens.I told my boss this.

 

At the end of the meeting,she asked him where he was from,out of interest.

He was amazed that I could tell the difference,said that all the years he'd been down here,every single person he'd met assumed he was a scouser.He didn't think a Londoner would be able to tell.

 

Boring story really,but it made me chuckle.
