Has anyone else heard about this? Apparantly clubs within England can only officially sign UK-based players 6 weeks before their contract ends, rather than 6 months. Learnt this from playing Football Manager this evening!

Its always been like that. Which is why Harry Kewell couldn?t commit to joining Liverpool until the end of his contract. He could have agree to join a foreign club from the January before his contract expired.

What's the offside rule in football manager?

It's a complicated equation involving the pace, agility and intelligence stats of attacker, divided by the same of the defenders, multiplied by the importance of the game.

Archimedes out to Socrates, Socrates back to Archimedes, Archimedes out to Heraclitus, he beats Hegel [who, like all the Germans, is still thinking] .

Heraclitus a little flick, here he comes on the far post, Socrates is there, Socrates heads it in! Socrates has scored! The Greeks are going mad, the Greeks are

going mad. Socrates scores, got a beautiful cross from Archimedes. The Germans are disputing it. Hegel is arguing that the reality is merely an a priori adjunct

of non-naturalistic ethics, Kant via the categorical imperative is holding that ontologically it exists only in the imagination, and Marx is claiming it was offside.
