anny road Posted November 13, 2006 Posted November 13, 2006 I am as frustrated myself, and I would love to give the players a peice of my mind...they are spineless at the moment and it needs sorting and yes, the manager needs to take a part of the blame..that said, i think it will turn around and he is the best manager we have had in a long long time....better than Kenny imo But i come on here...sell him, sell him, he isnt good enough, neither is he...he is s***, sell him Some on here would last two f***ing minutes at the match..FACT we go into an Arsenal pub after the game, and sing tillwe are hoarse....15-20 of us....out singing an arsenal pub..them coming over to us and telling us what fantastic supporters we are etc etc.........wnhile c**** on here w*** themselves stupid about seliing the entire squad f*** off

I have gone to many away games and by the time I got home forgot the fecking score of the game. However, many who post on here come on after having watched 90 minutes of underacheivement. they aren't in the middle of a great day out. Many things were posted while you were getting bladdered mate. If you would have come on here right after the game your thoughts may have been different. I don't think everyone wants Rafa sacked but they certainly should be allowed an opinion.

I know I'm the worst, but I'm working on it honest After the Everton game I was fuming, but I drowned my sorrows in the Oakie and when I went home the world was a slightly better place.
Nebraska Red Posted November 13, 2006 Posted November 13, 2006 "knee jerk " knee jerk is when people pop off after 1 bad game and lose all semblance of common sense. this reaction is to the fact that we the worst away record in the PL, we have scored 1 goal, conceded loads and shown no bottle in any of the games and lost to 3 teams we all despise and another we hate losing to. I was ashamed at myself yesterday, for the first time in years I lost it watching a Liverpool game in the worst possible way. I hate seeing us lose, but I really cannot take it when we lie down , take it in the a$$ and show no guts whatsoever. Going to a pub, singing and getting bladdered would have been great. I envy you anny road.
Guest Kev Posted November 13, 2006 Posted November 13, 2006 Going to a pub, singing and getting bladdered would have been great. I envy you anny road. That's the point, the people who post immediately after a game are more than likely at home and have no-one or no-where to vent their frustration. There is no-one around who feels the same as you, but at the pub you are surrounded by other fans, more than likely your mates and you get your anger out, have a few pints and I've said earlier, the world seems a better place.

I envy you anny road. I know how you feel, we all do. I turned the tv off at 2-0 to save my tv ( I can't afford a new one at present)-something I've never done before in decades. But next day, you're far more analytical & see fact from fiction. There's still the core of a good team, 3-4 true international class additions (still) required, a character show at boro & then to be left alone by Sky and others , to put a run together game by game.

I was in work watching the game with a sniggering bluenose and a Tranmere fan. Then the missus phoned up all happy and s***. I felt like killing someone. It's the same when I'm at home, Ant takes defeats a lot better than me, but I'm sure he does that just to wind me up
