New York City Dwellers..

Hello,

a couple of things:

In under 2 weeks I'll visit NY & Uni of Delaware. I'll have about a 6 hr wait for transport in JFK airport - what is there to do there? (Not so familiar with the airport)

I'll have one free day in NY - not sure which one yet (prob a friday) - so I'm planning to visit NYU and perhaps the M of MA

Any other touristy suggestions?

Is it really cold in NY at the mo?

Are the travel restrictions still in place? (i.e. can i bring my laptop in the cabin with me?)

 

And can anyone explain the tipping procedure in the states - i.e. in cafes/bars/restaurants/hotels etc..
