Remakes

[Andy @ Allerton]

There are so many fantastic books and ideas out there that have never been explored.

If they spent all this money they spend on s***ty remakes that can't hold a candle to the original and actually made films of these great books around (Without some scriptwriter w***** f***ing it up) then surely that would be much better.

As an aside - why do 'screenwriters' take excellent books and then change the f***ing story to something abysmal?

How many times have you read a great book and looked forward to watching a film of the book - only to find some stupid c*** who can't write for s**** has f***ed the story up and produced a pile of b******s that no one likes and not even the core audience who liked the book now like the film?

Why can't they f*** off and leave good stories as good stories - WHY do they need to 'rewrite it for the screen'

b******s it is!
