Ratters Posted July 18, 2006 Posted July 18, 2006 (edited) Most of the time when we fail to land a transfer target or if things are not going smoothly the chants of sack Parry come out As soon as we get a player or he signs after some negotions its all VIA RAFA !!! Edited July 18, 2006 by Ratters
Benitez Posted July 18, 2006 Posted July 18, 2006 tbh, the whole 'sack parry' thing is so boring. It's just a handful of voiciferous forumites that have stirred and stirred until it's become something it isn't.

£440,000 Posted July 18, 2006 Posted July 18, 2006 And Rafa gets called by his first name, which shows clear favouritism. SACK RICK!

Lee W Posted July 19, 2006 Posted July 19, 2006 Did anyone specifically call for Parry's head on a stick ? There's been some pretty well-reasoned criticism - don't see a problem with that. In fact, the whole "Sack Parry' thing was just a bit of harmless sarcasm that got totally overused.
Leo No.8 Posted July 19, 2006 Posted July 19, 2006 The 'Sack Parry' thing has become a running joke, nothing more. As far as I can see its just people being ironic about those who panic every time transfers don't run smoothly, and look to apportion blame...
Guest Makaveli Smith Posted July 19, 2006 Posted July 19, 2006 tbh, the whole 'sack parry' thing is so boring. It's just a handful of voiciferous forumites that have stirred and stirred until it's become something it isn't. but half of it is surely a joke? Parry is actually doing a great job... He isn't an idiot that will put the club under financial pressure by allowing the manager to spend the club into trouble... The board know this of course... he keeps them happy and he'll have a job for as long as he wants, no matter what some fans might think. Sack Romario I like it
