5 Nights in May

The Relive the 25th committee are proud to announce a cinquential, celestial celebration of our fabulous five star successes on the first anniversary of our wonderous win in the Ataturk and the 29th anniversary of our first great win in Rome. Around the same time as superb second win at Wembley, our tremendous third triumph and our fantastic fourth victory, 5 NIGHTS IN MAY @ The Sefton Arms, Ormskirk Road, Aintree on Thursday 25th May, kick off 8pm, will rouse Reds to relive, recall, remember, revel & rejoice in an astonishing affirmation of our almighty ascendancy and achievements so far.

Final details, like the details of any good final, will be made available as soon as the Sefton Sage (& his other half, Onion,) sort out the seating arrangements. Supporters can be reassured that the stage will be set, and safe, for a superb celebration.

p.s. It's King Billy Merritt's birthday bash as well so please remember to bring him a card.

Gray, I was in London a couple of weeks ago and a Wetherspoons had it for £1.99 for a 500ml bottle. It doesn't taste right out of a fridge though.

Dunno if the Wetherspoons nationwide have got it, I don't normally go in them much.

I presume the Extra Time event for the London contingent is still going ahead on Thursday - anyone care to remind me of the precise details?

Too right... if it's not warm and tasting of rat's piss then it won't be the same!!

I'll have a look at the Wetherspoons... can always head into town after and have a few there to recreate it :D
