Fantastic player but the speed of the game in England would pass him by. Plus the amount of running our other midfielders would have to do to cover him would marginalise them too much. Maybe for a team that would set their whole side around him and gave him zero defensive responsibilities but not for us thanks.

I posted this in the General Football section last month. He's a cracking young player who, despite not being the best defensively the other day, has been excellent at the back this season, notably against Barca where he dealt with Henry fantastically. At 22, he's got plenty of time on his side plus, as discussed previously, his attacking game is top class. Looks to get forward when he can and has got the pace to get back and cover. You'd be looking at £8m+ but well worth a punt IMO.
