there is a pattern that keeps repeating they are responsible. They are either carpet baggers or incompetent. They have shown no desire to build a winning squad.

So basically another profitable window for FSG - bring in salah and lose our most potent and creative player. A nice tidy profit in the bank. Guess John Henry will be buying another boat! Groundhog day!

its been more than one - we have been awash with stories of bids going, then agreeing terms with player before agreement with club is reached (same scenario as VVD) going back weeks its not just this window it seems like every window we conduct our transfer business in the media united go ahead and sign lukaku - first mention of it is when the clubs agree a price it will be another window of wasted opportunity with the old mantra of 'be patient we are working on things behind the scenes' whilst the same thing is played out in the media. Then we get 'well we tried but they just wouldn't budge on the price'

Why can other clubs go out and sign players they are after with minimal fuss? meanwhile we prevaricate and play everything out in the media. Talk of huge transfer budgets and big bids yet nothing materialises. Smoke and mirrors is what it is - stringing the fan base along to render the appearance of competition in the market while they figure out a way of selling our best asset to another club in order to fund our transfer market forays. Anyone who thinks FSG are going to suddenly change their modus operandi will be sorely disappointed. We will have the same outcome this window as major target after target falls through due to fecking about and penny pinching. All the while the teams about us put the large amounts of TV money to good use.
