judging by yesterdays game,which wasnt their best,I would honestly say yes.Sterling and Suso are better then what we have in the first team. Sterling is probably the best dribbler in the club after Suarez.He is fast,direct,and seems able to play a good ball. Suso is creative,can take on a player,can play a through ball. both really should have featured more this season,and I really cant understand why they are not playing now that we really have nothing to play for in the league. (I have seen them more then once,and not on youtube).

did I say we are better? the problem with barca is that they pretend they are.

This is it for me. Barca`s players behaviour after the world cup was a disgrace (pique spitting on someone,putting the barca shirt on fabregas..) not to mention the campaign they had to bring back fabregas.it seems like it was on a daily basis one of their players was talking about him being a slave,arsenal are holding him against his will.. I understand why people like them,they produce many of their players,they represent a minority that wants independence. But acting as if they are better then real p**s me off. yep.

why am I overreacting? I dont know how it is in the rest of the world,but where I live (israel) in the last 2 years everybody acts as if their mother was from catalonia. watching them play is like watching Barca tv. Im sorry,but i hate it. People act as if they are pure class as a club (not as a team),and are much better then real,when in fact both club have s**t personalities. I have friends who dont even know that footbal is 11 vs 11 calling messi a god.. (although I LOVE barca when they sweep the floor with the mancs..)

But so does Guardiola,to some degree. and Barca also spends a l-o-t of money. I wasnt saying he isnt one of the best.but claiming he is the best isnt right imho because there are 2 other top managers. Im not a Mourinho fan.although i dont hate him.hes entertaining. But its also unfair not to count mourinhos achievemets because they were 1-2 years before Pep got to manage barca. and Mourinho proved he is a winner in 3 different leagues so far. Guardiola hasnt yet. discounting last season,Mourinhos achievements are almost comparable to Guardiolas arent they?

so are Mourinhos.. or are we forgetting his treble with Inter,his chelsea team.. him winning the CL with Porto.. the fact Guardiola wasnt managing 5 years ago (he managed Barca B if Im not mistaken) doesnt mean we need to forget the achievements of the other managers.

I think he is one of the best forwards in europe. he doesnt perform in the CL, but if you talk about record,his is pretty awsome.. In barca he wasnt the main man,but he was the most influental in Juve, Inter and now Milan.. Right now he manages one of the 2 best sides in the world,so a case can definately be made. but its not like Mourinho and lucifer records are from 5-6 years ago.they still lead teams to the very top,even if right now Barca are better. Last year he had the better of mourinho.This year it seems very likely Mourinho will have the better of him..

I think he will be better with better players,and more movement and quick passing. I think the other players we say that about them will just look good because the better the players around them,the less we notice those players lack of ability. with Jordan I think he will be better because he has ability. If that makes sense..

These are who I had in mind when I thought of the best.Unfortunately..

He can be a very good player. He is very inteligent (sp) in his game.he seems to always know his next pass before he gets the ball. I think he needs to be surrounded by better players though.I think in a team with a lot of off the ball movement,he can be very very good. he is not a winger though..

Downing was a s**t buy before we even bought him. I know who I would rather have on the pitch from Downing or babel. At least with Babel there is a chance he will do something - score or get past his marker using pace. Downing - we are in mid april,he is ever present in the team,and all we have seen from him is one good dribble in the first game, and something like 5 good crosses. how can anyone say he is anything but awful I dont know.

You twist what I say. Im not saying he is overrated because posters say he is great. Im saying he is overrated because posters say he is the best.

Fine. He is the best there is. I would like to see how good his future teams will be where he wont have a club which youth players all trained in this system,wont have 2 geniuses like xavi and iniesta,and most importantly wont be so lucky to have one of the best players in history peaking and doing what messi does. for all their beautiful passing game and pressing, they struggle big time for goals without messi. I just hope they knock chelsea out next week.

Saying he is the best manager in the world is overrating him.

What I didnt agree with was him being the best manager. What I didnt disagree with in my last post was leo`s saying he is an amazing manager.. Posters have posted how succesful this barca team is,how briliant they are.I think so too. But I dont think this proves Guardiola as the best manager in the world. Lets see him build another great team. Some posters seem to think I dont admire just how good Barca are. My point was that this Barca team is not enough to prove he is the best.

maybe he is,im not saying he isnt. But - he had a very good system in place,and world class players at the club already (Xavi, Iniesta and Messi). he tweaked the style,he did some briliant things (pressing) he did some not so briliant things (transfers). all I am saying is I hold judgement on him being the best out there. still not proven as good as Lucifer and mourinho, to my mind.
