We won the league in 24-25 by having the best squad that dealt with injuries, Arsenal won the league last season by having the biggest and best squad. So we go into this season with what is likely to be a worse squad than last season. We’re in trouble here.

Just to summarise where we’re at, we clearly needed a load more players last season and on top of that we’ve lost our first choice centre back and two of the players that kept us going for the past 10 years. Our record signing barely kicked a ball last season and our other striker may not play much this season. Two other players coming back from long term injuries and all we’ve signed are a young promising defender and a young winger. First game is a month today. Anyone else feel like we’re a bit f***ed here?
