If Raffa is boss in Europe and is still our manager when as Wenger says their will be a eursapean super league we will win it every year.

I stayed for the protest and i have always said we shoul get behind the team and not protest during th e match. I have today changed my mind we got behind the team it did noot make any diffderance. After the game when we were protesting a stewart who I do know and who as always seems to be a decant guy came out with a clip board with whaat t looked like names and seat numbers on I dont know if this was to scare off the protesters as iff to say we know who you are. He went with about 2 or 3 other stewards and a couple of police men and removed a banner the fans were holding up and then removed a fan. i think that if this is going to be the attitude of the club then we only have the choice to protest during the match. i think this season is a lost cause chips now anyway.

he has now said that the paper work is not yet signed as it is complicated but the deal agreed

I have always supported Raffa I marched for him I sing in my loudest Voice. Even though now I still think he is the best man for the job given time and money I disagree more and more with his team selection. The only way I have off doing this is not singing his name which I also think that perhaps if we did not sing for him as often he might realize that 99% of us do not agree with his tactics. As i say I do not want him to leave just to play our best side most of the time.

Totally agree about Carra and Gerrard even though Raffa sometimes frustrates the hell out of me.

If The palyers dont want to play for the owners that is understandable. If they dont have any faith in Raffa and dont want to play for him then that is also understandable. What is totally not understanable is why they dont want to play for the shirt the fans the club (I mean the history ect). That I will never understand or forgive and I think that when the local lads do this it is even more unforgivable and they have gone down in my estimate. Today I dont think Gerrard ran after ! ball he gave way or missed when it was passed to him. He did not even look bothered when he took the penalty. I think the choice at the end of the season will be Raffa and Torres or a new manager and Gerrard and perhaps Carra I dont think we can have both.

I am not part off the singing section or RTK I was not at the sandon on Thur. I was at the game today in the Kop and was disgusted at the number of people who bought hot dogs pies berrs ect. Clearly a lot of Liverpool people think mpre of their bellies then they do the club cant they eat before or after the game. I was at the Villa game and I sang all the protest songs. After the Villa game I had come to the conclusion we should protest before and after the game and not during the game as I think it put the players off. I did not sing the protest songs in the Havant game but neither did I boo our fans who did. I new nothing about what was planned tonight was it planned or was it spur of the moment. Once I realized what was happing I had no intention of leaving untill the protest was over and if we do this in every game before and after I will be their. We have no other way of making out feeling Known. I though for a first attempt it was good and once the word gets around it can only get better. I just hope that next time more people stay behind hopefully most off the KOP because that would be brilliant.

I think that perhaps a lot of people think that these songs should be sung before the game so as not to put the players off. I do not think that they disagree with what is being sung just that their is a time and place and during the games we should concentrate on supporting the team. This is not my view but I do disagree with singing it when we go down that as nothing to do with the americans.

That is a nice gesture the type of thing we are used to at liverpool and we dont make a big fuss about it.

Can I first say at the match tonight and somebody from YNWA came up and said hello. At the time I would not have known my own name never mind his. I had what I can only describe as a black out for a few seconds and when he came up to me I was just coming back to normal. So I am sorry if I appeared rude or a bit distant and not to know who you were I was just zoned out first time in my life I have ever thought i would have to leave a match earlt. stayed for the second half but perhaps would have been better off in bed. Thanks for asking if I was ok. What is the matter with us why cant we kill a team off, why no urgency ubtill we are getting beat. Is it the problems off the field is it Raffa selection (wich was a bit dodgy tonight). Why do we insist on playing Kuyt up front when we need to win games. My son is a researcher for them. I think that they took time to settle in and they have improved a lot latley. They are trying to come up with new ideas all the time some of them sound realy good and fun to watch. I can say this about them they all work very hard to try to get the content as up to the minute as possible. I like the fact we have Liverpool players and fans talking about us. I enjoy This is Anfield and think it has got a lot better as it has gone on. I think that they do try to be as balanced as possible with the people who phone in and do try to talk about the issues we all want to talk about i.e Raffa and the owners. I know their are a lot of repeats but I am glad of this as I tend to watch it mainly during the day apart from This is Anfield wich I like to watch live. It is a new channel and I think that it has improved and can only get better. I loved The John Barnes show and hope that comes back. I also like the 10 top goals.kop kings ect. i can watch these over and over

After their treatment off carra I am glad we did not give them a penny so after starting this thread i am now not ashamed but relieved.

ANy one else ashamed that we refused to offer Luton our part of the gate receipt. I wonder if this is down to the Yanks because I fell we would have done this under Moores.

I do blame the americans I think that they have undermind raffa and this has caused all the press speculation and this has had a Knock on effect of causing un rest and lack of confidence among the players. Let us be honest here I doubt it matters how much money raafa has or does not have for transfers who would come here not knowing who the new manager is going to be.

I heard this morning at about 9.45 from somebody I trust and who I know has up to date info that he was not expected to be in charge for the coming sunday game. Then about 10.15 they told me about the echo story and said that now it is wait ans see if the yanks accept this. they have heard no more and are just like th e rest of us. could not post earlier was in work just home now.Dont know if anyone has posted this already just know that i feel gutted and sick at the thought of losing him. yes we can all have a litte moan now and agin when we dont agree his tactics

From what i have heard then raffa has a five year deal at reasonable price agreed for mascharano. but the yanks are stalling on signing him and that this has caused trouble between them. Hope this is not true because I can imagine raffa to just pack it all in and walk away.

I agree with what you say about the older songs. ON a day like Sinday when the atmosphere was crap we needed songs that everyone new songs that we could all sing. Dont get me wrong I know all the older songs but It is hard to sing them when you are a few blocks away nobody elsse is singing them and you cant hear what verse they are up to. I posted this same comment after the Chelsea game on rawk and got the reply to get used to it as it would happen a lot more. If they want to get the crowd back to the way it was they should leave the old songs to perhaps One a match when the singing was at its peak and just sing the same one for a few weeks on the run untill everyone started to sing it. saying that i am up for singing at every match and sing every song I can even if nobody around me does but on Sunday I dont know what it was I felt so flat and had to fore myself to sing so perhaps I have been infected with the same ting as the team.

It is not really rotatation that I have aproblem with. It is the fact that Raffa seems to change are team based on the opposition. Why cant we be like Arsenal and play the way we now we can play in all games. We are Liverpool and the other teams should be changing their style of play to beat us not the other way around. As the song says A team that plays the Liverpool way and wins the chapionship in May. It does not say a team that changes to suit the team we are playing does it.

My son works for them and he says it is new programs from 6pm to midnight. Then thes are repeated through the night and the next day

I think today shows why crouch has dropped into 4th postion. His style of play does not fit into the fast football we have been playing this season. When he plays it slows the game down and we tend to hoof the ball up. I dont think he will be at Liverpool for much longer.

is it not a nice feeling to be coming to the end of the trf window and not being on worring about signing players. I know we need a defender for cover but that does not seem to have the same urgency as the last few season have had. we have had all our major signings sorted early in the season and now it is just nice to relax and not have to worry will we get him or wont we. Any other players we need if we dont get know we will get in january. We have a great strong squad and it feels fantastic.

I just knew as soon as his name apeared that at the end of the game the talk would all be about him. At half time the talk around me was that he was bad then and could only get worse in the second half. He is a disgrace as a referee I have seen much better standard watching my sons play in juiner football on a sunday morning. I think that there should be some sort of complaints procedure for managers to make against a ref. Then a panel could study the game and if the complaints were upheld then a yellow card given to the ref and after 5 yellows ban them from refereeing premiership games. Something must be done because bad refs are ruining the game
