i think what really happened was Rafael started to negotiate with potential players and their financial aspects like contract and bonuses, salary which the chairmen said is not his role. its all a bit of misunderstanding. i think Rafael knows how close he is in building a strong team capable of winning the league. with a few more purchases (like a central defender and left winger). he got a little impatient. his role ought to be coaching, training and recommending potential players to buy. the rest is left to other people. thats is what has really happen more clarity .plus i really think Rafael needs a assistant manager...........
