Even if they got 85 points this season they would start the championship on -147 and -50 or so in League 1 the season after depending on how well they do on a rainy night in Stoke. With them having to sell players and recoup revenue from missing out on Europe it extends the pain. Obviously requires EFL buy in, but I like it.
