O, how I hate the fact that everything before 1992 is non-important.

Hmm, there was a lot of injuries early on and we have had some of the worst away matches this season while not being in full throttle yet. League champions we'll not be but this team is going to do ok this season too.

Uh, the entire Liverpool team were muscled out today, and especially the midfield was absent. It almost seemd they were unprepared for the kind of game they knew was coming today. A well below par performance by Liverpool today.

Still a good distance from the Valencia around 2002, they were a *very* solid unit, and Liverpool is not there. Yet. Oh and I remember the Valencia - Barcelona game where V. won 3-0 or something (??), when Cuper was manager. Mendieta was very very good in that game.

Some of my m8s once was a t the same place as the entire Liverpool squad about 9-10 years ago, and they said he was a top man to hang around.

Maybe out of sorts here, but I thought Didier Zokora gave our midfield lots of trouble today, even outmuscling Momo now and then. Looks like a fine player for Tottenham.

It was a well taken goal, I hope he does ok in Valencia, he is still one of my favorite strikers. Even if his time in Liverpool wasn't particularly good.

That more memorable goal did certainly give me a very good laugh back then. A fabolous way to make your team lose, after all.

League preferably , simply because it hasn't been won by Liverpool for far too long. and it'd shut the gimps from london and manc a fair bit.

Henrik Larsson made a big difference tonight. I never rated him much before he went to Barcelona, but he's been good for the Catalans.

Around 94, Le Tis scored goals of the year every week it seemed. Every goal he scored was spectacular.
