It wasn´t Belletti, it was Cashley who did well before Cech got the ball.... But I thought Kuyt did well today, he didn´t loose the ball as often as he has done in games this season. Good team performance and a draw was probably a fair result.

I thought Stevie G had a very bad game last night, so did most of the other players. Torres also did nothing... but we came away with a draw in a tough away game and that should be the positive point. That´s what I´m really afraid of... negotiations go on and on and then they qualify for the InterToto Cup and Torres decides to stay. By then all our other striker targets will have been sold or agreed to a new contract leaving Benitez with few options and more frustration... A bit pessimistic you think ?

I agree with you Fagan, there is absolutely no guarantee that Villa or Eto´o will be banging them in the Premiership. Torres is just as much a gamble as those two and saying that he is not as prolific as those two just isn´t right... how many would Torres score if he had the likes of Ronaldinho, Messi, Deco playing alongside him ?

It´s nice to see useless reply´s deleted... Any more news about Torres ? I really like the fact that we are trying to get him but if you look at our transfer dealings over the past seasons then a man should be worried about the speed in which we conclude our dealings. Let´s hope this will be fast and painless

Madrid is my team in Spain, I hope they will be champions tonight. I also hope Betis stay up because then Gonzalez will be sold, he said in an interview last week he would not go there if they (Betis) get relegated. Valencia allready 2-1 against Sociedad at the Mestalla... only 20 minutes gone.

Eidur is a good player but he might not be what we are looking for... I have never liked him as a player mainly because he has played for Chelsea and now Barca (my team in Spain is Real Madrid). If he goes to Man U I will hate him even more and I´m not sure I can cheer him on when he plays for our country if he goes there (he never gives a s*** when is though so the national team is better off without him)

Ok... lets stop naming players that started scoring more after turning 23 and concentrate on the task at hand = transfer rumours.
