    He asked for a new deal publicly. We very publicly said he wasn't getting one. He then left. It was abundantly clear we were happy for him to go to make money and space for the incomings. It was a f*** up.

    They aren't changing it this season. Not unless CL qualification becomes in real jeopardy, which none of us want. So biggest hope is we get CL qualification and then sack him in the summer and can attract and afford who we want as manager and players.
