I agree. Things can go wrong at the last minute though. I remember Bascombe's article saying Michael Owen would be a Liverpool player by the end of the week around this time last year. And have I missed a post from Elisha saying it was practically done, I thought he said we needed to sell first? EDIT: The stuff about the Sky interview looks very promising!

Don't think we want to be in a position where an injury to one player dictates a change of formation. Think Rafa wants to have the players to play whatever formation he deems is correct for the next game.

Maybe. I think there's an element of mind games and Rafa's also shown that he's not too bothered about the result today. A shame for the fans that have gone down there if we get dicked though. Won't be great for confidence either. Don't think its certain we will however.

I did wonder that. Reckon he would have stipulated that it not go in The Sun though. Presumably they would agree to that in the circumstances.
