Having already bought train tickets from London getting into Lime Street at 11:20 for the Burnley game, I guess I should probably fork out again for tickets for an earlier train rather than hoping that the issues get miraculously resolved by then

Don’t have enough qualifying games to meet the criteria for guaranteed tickets, or friends and family who do, but have gone for membership for myself and my daughter just to try our luck in the ballot. No idea whether we stand a reasonable chance of getting tickets for at least one game or whether it is as likely as winning the Euromillions jackpot

The language on the website is as clear as mud. I am a member, my 19-year old daughter has a supporter ID and is registered as one of my friends and family but is not a member. If I enter the members ballot I can’t add her to the registration, as it says she has exceeded her maximum quantity of tickets. Does she need a paid membership before we can enter the ballot together to try to get some tickets to go to a game together?
