that a manager of Liverpool Football Club's future was decided by a result in the League Cup? I'm not calling it a Mickey Mouse trophy, we'd all have been glad to win it, but ffs - didn't we get knocked out of the arguably more illustrious FA Cup 2 years ago and then still win the European Cup? Managers of LFC are measured against more than just their team selection for the League Cup quarter final. Some of you saying that your love affair with Rafa has ended and that the only way we're going to win major honours (!) is with a change in management need to have a serious word with yourselves. You're borderline delusional.

It's the Kronos Quartet version, is it not? Edited to add: that Dudek save from Sheva looks more impossible every time I see it. There is no logical reason, considering the striker, the occasion, et al that should or could have stayed out.
