Why would you not play Johnson there? We've tried Markovic, Ibe and Sterling but no decent run for the only decent available full back (who happens to be effective going forward and sometimes defensively suspect, i.e. perfect for wing-back!)

She only tweets when we're winning TBH, I don't care if they never come over or attend a match - they just need to make sure we have the infrastructure and resources to compete. On the first point, it's clear we don't have that. On the second, it's debatable (transfer spending yes, wages no).

I heard Danny Murphy on Talksport a week or so ago talking about he disliked Rafa because he got rid of him to bring in Alonso and Garcia. To be fair, he did say he respected Rafa but that he could not like him for that reason. The interesting bit was that he said that he Rafa was a bad man manager and that other players that worked with him for longer at LFC had also told him so. Personally, I think that is part of the problem - some of our players got the hump with Rafa because he wasn't putting an arm around them and got FOP to sack him to bring in good old Uncle Roy. I don't want our manager to be besties with the players, no matter how good they are. Ferguson and Mourinho have fallen out with plenty of big namez but the difference is that their clubs backed the manager.

Don't think he's ever looked that bad. Sometimes unconvincing and others magnificent, but not rubbish.
