Hope Alvaro can make his debut this time. Much deserved I think. Luis Garcia (the real one) not good enough for Spain any more? Shame Capdevila isn't a few years younger. Would have loved to see him as a new full back at our club, been very good every time I've seen him.

I actually think he's pretty sound defensively and makes up a pretty good LB. That is when he not with the ball at his feet.

Playing Voronin in the wide forward role is the most ludicrous thing I've heard in a while. I'd be very surprised if we don't play the Babel-Torres-Kuyt combo on Sunday. Kuyt has been more than decent in the last few games.

Weird, I thought Aurelio had a pretty scrappy game whilst Arbeloa played well... The only thing that's worried me about the formation we're playing right is while we score a bit more goals, control games slightly better we do seem a little bit shakier at the back than when we had two wide midfielder helping out our fullbacks. Getting good attacking fullbacks a la Evra or Alves might not help us tighten up defensively as I don't rate those players defensive skills any higher than Arbeloa or Finnan for instance.

I think Babel has been pretty good
