No, Bent is a better player than Harewood, has scored more goals and has a better all round game. By the way, of all the things you can call Andy Cole, a one season wonder isnt one of them. If we wait, and get to Xmas and Bent has scored 10 or 11 goals for Charlton, there will be all sorts trying to get him. I think he is well capable of scoring plenty of goasl in this league. I am not saying he is the answer to all our problems, but a definite improvement on Cisse and Morientes. I would still want us to sign another top striker.

I honestly dont know how you can say he is not good enough? Not proven consistently? maybe. But from what I have seen of him, he looks a good player, quick, good in the air, strong, aggressive, decent touch and most importantly, absolutely loves scoring goals.
