downunder

It's not just that he was a board member and had given 21 years of service he was also Chairman for a while....I still think ther was a good reason (which is not known to us) as to why he said what he did.

How many F****** times.....he has been injured, when fit he has been a main part of the set-up. It is not HIS FAULT HE IS INJURED IS IT?????

What I was saying when I said one of the better players was that he deserved to be picked, forget all the rotation stuff, he was ahead of anyone else playing wide left. Our players in that postion, so far, this season have not been as good as he was last year IMO. If he was the invisible man why how come he played so many games? When we lose a game I can understand people coming on the net to vent frustrations, but for f*** sake he is our player who is trying to get fit. The manager wants Harry, so those on here that that don't obviously think they can do a better job than the manager While any player is with us we should support them!!!!

I think he will be like Brad Friedel - a very good competant keeper where expectations aren't so high. Nerves, I am sure, played a part with his less than distinguished form for us.

Those like liquid will not recognise that he weas one of our better players last season - I think that is without question. They also think he has no desire and is faking all the injuries - which is rubbish. Who has played better on the left this season than Harry did last year? I can't believe the booing thing, surely the word supporter means we support??????? Maybe some people are not 'Supporters at all'?

One line confused me He might argue how he's the only Liverpool manager in history to win two major trophies in his first two seasons. Didn't Kenny win the double (2 major trophies!!!) in his first year? Or does he mean 2 trophies in 2 seperate years?

Someone said he was on ITV and said he was happy at LFC blah blah . Any locals confirm this?

As I said typos are one thing, I always put them in!!!

Here is part of an email I receieved in September from his agent Bernie Mandic. Apologies for not getting back to you earlier again but the transfer window had me quite busy ? not at all in anyway with Harry I am pleased to say. No club apart from LFC is an option for Harry. As long as they really want him he will be there. So if he leaves it will be LFC that gets rid.

Also you obviously dont know yoor players typos are one thing but spelling his name wrong twice is lack of knowledge. I am not syaing he will be good for us, but you don't have three operations if there is nothing wrong, unless it is cosmetic surgerey. I am certain he would prefer to be in Liverpool with the team. He must think he will be OK or else he wouldn't be trying these new boots.

None now...due to living 10,000 miles away. Used to go to all games, then mainly home games to save money. Pleased with my record of going to see us at EVERY game at Wembley from 1979, started with the Charity Shield win v the a***, until it closed and that included that poxy Makita tournament. One day I may see us again live.

Lay off him guys, do you think he wants to be injured?

They still run our on-line ventures, so I assumed they still held their 9.9%. We also need to go through them for licensing of products. Sorry I am taking this off-topic.

If we get taken over, invested in - whatever you want to call it.What happens to Granada? Are they still looking to sell out of football as they were a year or so ago? FYDS probably knows the answer to that!!!

Owen and Vladi

Beckham haas never been able to do anything better than Steven Gerrard. So of course we dont need him, unless he wants to play in the reserves with Fowler and Carling Cup games!!!

Robbie is playing, its on the officaial, but as we know not many on forums look there to get news

I think the 11 players we had out yesterday are good enough, they have all shown their class (maybe not Gonzalez yet) , but for some reason they are off colour at the moment.

Surely we can lower ourselves and respond to their 2 times song and say it would have been three if they could have kept their team alive?

I agree but surprisingly yesterday the whole defence was GH's then you had SG in midfield so half the outfield players were not Rafa's. And since HK may still start if/when fit we actually still have a lot of GH's team around. What we have done is get rid of GH's fringe rubbish....but most of his players were good, that is often forgotten, sadly.

I don't think Rafa is letting us down, I think his players are letting us ALL down. You can't balme the manager, or tactics for players giving the ball way like we did yesterday. I really thinnk once we win away will be OK. The 4 teams we have lost to are all flying high, it's when we lose to Newcastle etc that we should really worry. Yes things are bad but not as bad as the LFC fans sites keep telling me!!!

I am pleased you said this, I watched the second half again after seeing that, and still couldn't see wht Garcia was voted by a few!!! Gerrard = the new Bryan Robson he always got the vote in years gone by.

I always argued how good he was, we (almost) always seemed better when he was in the team. One game that sticks in my memory was at home v Arsenal (3?) years ago, he was playing and we started brilliantly went 1-0 up, HK scored. Then Vlad got injured and we were not as good and lost 2-1. His influence was often greater than he was given credit for. Its a shame that we didn't give him one more year. But at least he went out with a bang.
