Wouldn't be too heartbroken with losing him. He has a bit of class but is no xabi. Plus I reckon 7mil is a decent price for him right now, extra bonus if he is on a wedge too. I like the cut of joe allen but would like a marquee signing to lift fans spirits (and I'm sure some players too) Will be mighty miffed if agger goes though.

If that and the game the other night is anything to go by. The level of work rate at this club without the ball has gone up 100 fold. If we can get our players up too the required fitness to prolong that over a season then people will hate playing us and some of your fancy dans will be already beaten before walking onto the pitch.
