  1. Glad about that. Worked with a lot of Jordanians in KSA, also travelled around Jordan twice. Really cool people, we had a lot of laughs.

  4. He was the victim, er brave futurist Musk chipped?
  5. Sure, not disputing that, but a good finish is a goal scored, is all.
  6. No. A good finish is the ball in the back of the net.
  7. Same here. Thought Mac was taking it.
  8. FFS WiFi decides to go walkies for the first time ever, whilst the Red Maldini scores his first senior goal. FFS - hahaha!

  13. Oops, sorry meant November.
  14. Peter Moore just on TalkSport, very interesting take on situation. Says 'soft feelers' about vacancy will have been out since November. Quite positive about Xabi, says such a solid structure here, would help him settle, and all would need patience etc. Having someone that we fans will take to, as important as managerial experience, as we tend to have a special relationship with our managers, more so than other clubs. Situation not at all like Ferguson and Wenger's departures, as both virtually controlled every aspect of their clubs, so the void when they left was huge. Lastly, we have a young, fantastically talented squad, unlike the old dross Ferguson left for Utd. Obvs did not use those exact words for the last bit.
  15. Unbeaten too, probably because the refs are a higher standard than over here
  16. It's horrible isn't it? Like when something really bad has happened, you wake up in the morning, and for a split second you're fine - then it hits you again.
  17. He's been praised for his man management skills, and his players have so much respect for him. It's coincidental, but I'd started reading up on Xabi before Klopp's bombshell, out of interest, as he always struck me as a very intelligent player, and I was gutted when he left. I think he'd be ideal for us, but I'm not sure he'd come, or if we'll even be in for him.
  18. No lad, you go ahead. A man's gotta do what a fan's gotta do.
  19. It's a confidence thing, you can see it, he's so anxious. He's young, new country, new everything, hardly played last season. He's got the skills though, I'm sure with time he'll settle and be fine. Glad he got his goal.
  20. Can't stand McCoist, never heard him say a good word about us. Also, has an ego the size of Jupiter, talks about himself incessantly.

  22. There's always a first time, like.
  23. I know our history well, Case, been a Red since Shanks. Those were very different times, the Boot Room boys. How lucky were we. I'd be absolutely stunned if we promote from within, just not going to happen.
  24. Haha, yeah! It's ridiculous, and tedious.
