How does he know Rafa's best years are ahead of him and what evidence does he provide to back this opinion up, any evidence of original thinking? We all used to laugh at Mourinho putting Huth up front late on when they were a goal down but that was original wasn't it? This is getting f***ing ridiculous now, If the manager was right that Gerrard was too tired to play, but then has played in every match since the Wigan game; then how can the manager be right that Gerrard needs a rest - and then still be right as well by keeping on playing him until he pulls his hamstring? Does every thing that happens to our club have to reflect credit on Rafa, act as a testimony to his otherworldly genius, confirm his place at the head of his generation of football managers? Rafa said that he took Gerrard off because he was tired, he's played him in every game since then and he's ended up pulling a hamstring - how does this make Rafa right? Surely if he was right he would have rested him for the FA cup match, the least important one of them? Please don't go down the "well you'd all be moaning if he did" route.

If there's no-one in the box then why does he keep slinging it over?? Most of his crosses and I mean most are either miles long and out of play or hit the first defender, Kuyt is worse for hitting the first defender but they're probably the worst 2 in the PL for it. Everyone so wants to see something that he has in his locker thats gonna make him great for us, but in reality there isn't anything there. He has easily been as bad at LB as Keane was and Dossena hasn't tried to play in any other position than his alleged best one. At best he is 3rd choice LB, £7M for the reserve's reserve and we're happy??? Alright? He's miles from alright.

So he had a decent game which consisted of one decent cross in the first half??????? As for his PACE, how fast did he look when Hibbert took 5 yards out of him over about 15 and Hibbert is scary quick isn't he???? He is w***, the commentators last night were laughing about him playing in Italy's last 3 games when he is so obviously poor, yet on here he's played well, has good attributes which don't include pace, crossing or defending, and according to the in crowd has a decent cross which we very rarely see - oh yeah and thats the fault of the players in/not in the box??? He's this seasons "Emperors new clothes" - no-one dare state the obvious that he's rubbish and another £7M and £50K a week pissed away in case someone posts mean things about them. Bearing in mind that the original post could be b******s there are several reasons why we are in money trouble. How much have we lost over Keane in transfer, wages and associated costs? And he's just one, how much on Pennant, Cisse etc? How much have we spent paying for all the various loans, PR firms, refinancing etc under Butch and Sundance? Player wages have more than boubles since Rafa took over, has income?

Bearing in mind that every football journalist, ex player, newspaper, sports news show and my window cleaner is 100% certain that Keane,s treatment and subsequent sale was for political reasons and not football ones do you still stand by this? And if so you still want him sacked then yeah?

No, I'm saying that having Masch and Alonso as your two CM's how they currently play isn't working that well against defensive teams, which are about 14 coming to Anfield this season. And irrespective of opinions the FACTS bear that out. And RE: Fletcher he started out playing RM when I first noticed him so thats why I assume he's a wide player.

So you're saying that if we play 4-4-2 then both CM's will be 'defensive'? Most/all the other sides play with only one defensive midfielder even if they play 3 in the centre or United don't play with any. They murdered Chelsea with 2 wingers in CM - Giggs and Fletcher. And the formation doesn't really work that well does it, its a big part of the reason we struggle to score against defensive sides. If Alonso is gonna play with Masch then he needs to do it 20 yards further up the pitch than he currently plays.

Van Persie, Adebayor, Tevez on loan, Berbatov when Spurs signed him, Anelka. There are plenty.

I know strange isn't it when you bear in mind that the opinion on here is that Keane has been total garbage then we got to top with no strikers!
