My thoughts exactly as I was reading the thread this morning thinking "What the hell have I started here!" Just to clarify - I think his articles are pretty bloody good. I think they're weakened by the "I told you so" parts of them, of which every article I've read - and granted it's only been about 20 - has contained. Just don't think there's any need for it really, those of us who read him consistently know when he's right.

Latest Tomkins Article Here Am I the only one who can't remember the last time Tomkins had an article that didn't include comments along the lines of "Ten months ago I predicted ________", or "Earlier this season I said _______________" and then go on to prove himself right? Just downloaded it off the offal website. In the same week that Spurs and ManUre were booed at times - granted it wasn't ManUre's last home game of the season - it was nice to see our fans giving the players a deserved standing ovation, along with a loud YNWA and Rafa-Rafael. Really makes you proud seeing it - given we've got plenty of idiotic fans, and plenty of them that are in it because it's fashionable - but on the whole we've got a great support. Well done to everyone who was part of it Saturday. And top marks to Sami who took his shirt off and handed it to a little girl in the front row.
