    Yep. Oliver giving them a free kick every time we won the ball didn’t help either. Negated our press and meant we couldn’t get control.

    First goal from a blatant dive as well. Oliver was an absolute disgrace. Again. We need to make sure he doesn’t ref us again this season. Doesn’t he have some mid season breaks in the Middle East to attend to?

    Dembélé makes it look so easy when he’s on it. 21 goals this season. Maybe he’s finally found the consistency he’s always lacked. Or maybe he’ll be s*** again in a few weeks.

    We’ve dominated but they’re surprisingly deep. Not much space for us in the final third but we’re doing pretty well.

    Very even half against a good team. We’ve done well moving the ball forward quickly and then slowing it down to avoid losing possession. Has taken the sting out of them a bit.

    Thought we were the better team for most of the half but the defending is expected when you start a makeshift defence in a dead rubber. All over the place. Not really a big deal but I’m sure some of these lads will be disappointed.

    I know Slot said it doesn’t really matter where you finish in this format as long as you qualify, and I agree, but it’s always good to win. Breeds confidence and shows everyone that we’re the best around. The best teams win even if they don’t have to.

    Quick feet from Chiesa to get the shot off there. Hope he gets fit enough to play more than 20 mins at some point.

    He’s been great. Picks the most difficult pass too often tonight but if anyone can pull it off, it’s him. Think he’ll score again if he stays on.
