Is PSG the most overrated team at present? -
There was a game in the Brazilian league many years ago where this happened. The visitors kicked off with no opposition, they went down the pitch, hit the post and the ball went out and they couldn’t continue as there was no-one to take the goal kick. They needed the win and ended up drawing.

I’m not having a go at you. I’m just picking up your last point that they can block something if they don’t like it, but if it suits them it’s fine. The government is happy when the rich and powerful destroy something and they benefit from it.
