I have had a ST in the kop for over 30 years now. The people around me in the Kop are by and large the same people as they were 30 years ago, expect they are 30 years older now. I also sometimes go corporate, so I have seen the crowd and types of people in the main stand and the kemlyn. I also try to buy tickets weekly for friends so i have an idea of what types of tickets are availble. 2 big problems. FIrstly large amounts of people in the Kop are now old. And they dont sing. Secondly everywhere else, the ground seems to be awash with corporates or corporate "light" with very few general sale tickets. A lot of them dont know any songs, and even worse some arent even liverpool fans. its very depressing to be honest.

Yes I 100% agree. I do beleive we have some great talent in with the youth players, and I was hoping they would be another year stronger and fitter and make more of an impact this season.

I predict City will lose the arbitration because its a members club that they originally signed up for. They will then issue a civil case citing that the rules of the league breaches Competition Law, which will given them recourse to the civil case. They will say a members club can not overrule statute. That may take 1-2 years before it is resolved. Because of the appeal, the league will have no option but to adjourn the 115 charges hearing in the Autumn until after the legal case. This will result in a large part of the league setting up a new Super league because they are upset with the behavior of City.

From what I watch of him, I think Dom is very very quick. I'm not surprised by the table at all to be honest.

I was at the game in the away end. Not sure about the size of their home end. It's not as tall as the kop but it looked wider. The capacity was 16k I think and I reckon they must have had about 10k in the home end. It was one off the biggest games in there history. Anyway it made me realise just how loud the Kop really is compared to other stands. I wasn't very impressed with them to be honest which surprised me. I thought they would be very very loud.

I have a ticket and I'm leaving tomorrow coming back Saturday. Is anyone else going? I've read we are to get an email of where to pick the ticket up but nothing has come through yet. Has anyone else received one? Thanks

I was a the game and didn't see replays of their goal or the TV discussion about it. But was it discussed why their goal was allowed to stand and why it wasn't a foul for blocking (
