I think we will only look to strengthen two positions, a forward player and a left back to back up Robertson. Other than that, I think it may be down to replacing players who we decide to let them leave.......Lovren, Shaqiri, Lallana..... If they leave, do we have enough strength in depth already or do we need a replacement.

Leipzig play tonight, against Bayern, incase anyone has Bt Sport, it would be a chance to watch Werner.

Gini is an excellent all round midfielder, he can do everything but isnt a world star at any of them. His energy and fitness reliability are an awesome addition to any team. In our squad, I think he is invaluable. There are always areas that need to evolve within a squad, our midfield is definitely in need of evolution. Really would not be surprised to see a couple of new midfielders appearing during the Summer along with the likes of Jones coming into the mix more.

Wilson is very talented and can score a wonderful goal, but I don't think his general play matches with our requirements. I think he will move.

I wouldn't find it hard to believe we have a concise list of viable targets for different positions, for different roles within the squad. The levels of planning that clubs go to nowadays to try and he one step ahead of the game. Yeah it would not surprise me.

Shaqiri is a squad filler, cost 13m, if we can sell and he wants to move, if we can double our money or better and replace quickly with a better suited player, why would we not do it?

Harvey Elliott has a very similar style of play to what Coutinho did for us. Technically good, not express pace good movement, lovely ability to weight a pass right onto the target players runs forward into the box so that they can nearly take a shot on the first touch.

Yeah very true, the quicker they adapt the player the quicker they get in there.

It would be the perfect scenario for us to sign someone and they immediately drop straight into the team and play but JK definitely seems to be patient with players, he prefers to get them accustomed to our style of play etc, then once they get in there they have more chance of being successful.
