You can guarantee not a cent is paid in tax on any profit. You can guarantee not a £ is added to transfer kitty from the share sale proceeds. x% of shares in LFC gets sold, that money goes into FSG bank account and pays off loans taken against LFC shares and allows FSG to buy another asset ..
